** Thursday, Jan. 31 8:32 p.m. - Battery: Occurred at Spring Street and 4th Avenue. Woman reported an unknown subject approached her as she was getting out of her car, grabbed her phone and broke it on her head. She declined the help of medics. Report taken.
Tuesday, Jan. 29 1:49 p.m. - Vandalism: Occurred on Alden Street. Reporting party states an unknown suspect got into her car and poured an unknown substance all over the driver's side and wrote an "X" on the window. She said this has been happening once or twice a month. Report taken.
Tuesday, Jan. 29 3:20 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances: Occurred on 5th Avenue at Spring Street. Report of a big black truck driving down the street, with a female driver and a female in the passenger seat screaming out the window for help. Officers were unable to locate.
